Herbalife@Singapore #1


Assalamualaikum.

Amboi-amboi. Da balik dari Singapore sejak zaman dulu kala baru nk update story cik Lala ni yea? (baru bulan 5 hari tu, at least update jugak kan) =p
Bukan apa, saya baru je dapat koleksi gambar dari mak cik saya ni ha. So, what can i do kanz?

Ok, Jon kita mulakan cerita:

Sebelum Herbalife, saya tak pernah tengok pun rupa passport macam mana. Tapi, selepas dalam Herbalife, believe it or not, I have my own passport. Wanna see it?


Ololo, come nya, pp da nampak tembam kan? He he


Ini lah kali pertama saya melangkahkan kaki saya ke luar negara (walaupun kat Singapore je). But I am so excited to be there.  Tak tahu mcm mana nak cakap perasaan saya. Tapi saya suka sangat.







Ni semua gambar-gambar after register. So, ambil pluang ni untuk berkenalan dengan distributor lain yang datang dari 13 buah negara. Sangat-sangat teruja. Macam-macam pengalaman, ada yang tak sangka. Tapi, dengan Herbalife, we get close. Siapa sangka kami boleh berinteraksi dengan ramah. (walau aku tak paham dia ckap taiwan, korea, viatnam) But, with Herbalife. There's should be no problem. Yea. !!


Hari ni da start event, tapi saya tak qualified untuk world team tarining. So, melepak kat luar jela, sambil dengar walkman, (boleh dengar) Sebab ada siaran khas untuk training Herbalife.


Saya lepak kat luar dengan sorang kakak saya, sambil kibar bendera Malaysia. I am So proud.







Hari event yang saya boleh masuk. sangat teruja. Bila kita berada dalam golongan yang berfikiran positif, kita pun akan menjadi positif. Memang banyak benda yang saya belajar sepanjang 4 hari kat Singapore. InsyaAllah, tahun depan saya akan pergi lagi, and I'll qualified for all promotion. Doa-doakan saya yep..




Bergambar kenangan ngan hero-hero India. (Dorang ingat saya ni Heroin dorang kot) Ha Ha Ha. No problem. ^^




Sebelum balik berjimba dulu. wow. Best gila. Sapa-sapa boleh involve dalam Herbalife. Saya berpegang pada kata-kata speaker pada hari tu

#1: Just Getting Start


Hi,

Good morning: Have You Had Your Shake Today?

Alhamdulillah, pada 26/6/2012 saya telah sempurnakan presentation saya, for now tunggu nak submit report sahaja.  Apa yang saya nak ceritakan bukanlah berkenaan presentation, tapi tentang HERBALIFE.  HERBALIFE telah menular di Malaysia seperti virus, berkembang dan terus berkembang.  Namun, tidak boleh dinafikan ada juga yang langsung tak tahu pasal HERBALIFE, dan telah menjadi tanggungjawab saya untuk educate mereka semua. (wah, gaya dah macam cikgu) =p

Saya tak nak cerita banyak sangat, so saya upload gambar je banyak-banyak untuk tatapan anda semua ea. ^^


Gambar ni memang di'snap' selepas habis presentation. yea, muka nampak penat. But Don't worry, because we have our SHAKE. Saya pilih vanilla+Chocolate for my lunch.  Saya tak kisah apa orang cakap, janji saya bahagia dengan apa yang saya buat. Bak kata orang indone, ngontot and nabrak sahaja (^_^).

After Lunch (shake) saya bergegas ke HQ Herbalife kat KL dengan my auntie a.k.a my sponsor jugak. without her I'm nothing. Cukup lama dah tak pergi HQ sebab busy kan? Sangat LUAR BIASA, distributor kat sana 'gila' ramai. meh nk show picture sikit.



See? Ni gambar yang saya sempat snap sebab battery phone tak dak. So, tunggu punya tunggu dapat la jugak kami beli products on dat days. Tak banyak sangat pun.. 



Haa, Kan dah cakap tak banyak pun. He He. Lepas balik dari HQ, rehat-rehat kejap sambil layan HF (Herbalife Family) kat nutrition club. sangat LUAR BIASA.  Tepat jam 8.00 pm, saya bergerak la pulak ke Palma Resort sebab ada HOM kat situ. But, unfortunately gambar tak ada, dengan makcik saya. Nanti once dah dapat gambar, I'll share to all of u, K guys.

An apple a day really keeps the doctor away

Our lesson today's are about an apple. What do we have in an apple? Just scroll down and take a look.




“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”…but why? Do you really know what makes an apple so special? Why is it that we never hear an orange or a banana a day keeps the doctor away?

Apples have properties that no other fruits have and its benefits have been proven overtime. You will be able to get the benefits of these properties individually with other fruits, but an apple combines everything and makes it simpler. It has been shown over and over that if it’s not simple, easy and fast, people won’t take care of their health.

1-Apple contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps greatly your immune system. A lot of people who lack Vitamin C in their diet have poor healing, bruise easily and have bleeding gums.
2-Prevent Heart Diseases. The reason it can prevent both coronary heart disease and cardiovascular disease is because apples are rich in flavonoid. Flavonoids are also known for their antioxidant effects.

3-Low in calories. A regular size apple has between 70-100 calories. Eating an apple when craving for candy or chocolate can make the desire disappear since apple in itself contains sugar, but gives you only ¼ of the calories.
4-Prevent Cancers. Notice the plural. We all know that cancer comes in several forms and in different places. Apples target multiple cancers such as colon cancer, prostate cancer and breast cancer in women.
5-Apples contain phenols, which have a double effect on cholesterol. It reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol. They prevent LDL cholesterol from turning into oxidized LDL, a very dangerous form of bad cholesterol which can be deadly.
6-Prevent tooth decay. Tooth decay is an infection that seriously damages the structure of your teeth, which is caused primarily because of bacteria. The juice of the apples has properties that can kill up to 80% of bacteria. So there you have it, an apple a day also keeps the dentist away!
7-Protects your brain from brain disease. This is something many people don’t know, and when you consider that your brain makes the person you are, it gives a whole new perspective. Apple has substances called phytonutrients, and these phytonutrients prevents neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinsonism.
8- Healthier Lungs. A research at the University of Nottingham Research shows that people who eat 5 apples or more per week has lower respiratory problems, including asthma.

9-They taste great! And not only that, they also come in many flavors and colors. Not in a mood for a green apple? Why not get a red one, or a macintosh! Their taste can vary greatly, but still give you all the apple benefits. Variety is an important element to maintaining your health.

On average, Americans consume around 20 pounds of apples a year, which comes to around 1 apple a week. Unfortunately, while an apple a week is better than nothing, it is nowhere close to being able to extract all the advantages apples have to offer. Eating apples is part of balanced and healthy diet than will increase your longevity, so why limit yourself to only 1 per week?
